About
Nutford House is a catered Hall which accommodates up to 273 students from across the University of London. The hall is a complex of 3 buildings located next to each other: the main building, the Annex and Seymour Place.
The Hall is centrally located on Brown street. This is a 45 minute walk from SOAS campus and a 5 minute walk from Marble Arch or Edgware Road underground stations (20 minute journey by public transport). Hyde Park, Oxford Street shopping & the Regents’ Canal are all within walking distance.
Breakfast (brunch at weekends) and dinner are served every day in the spacious dining room. Please visit the Intercollegiate Halls catering page for more information.
The hall provides social and sporting activities and all students are encouraged to join in with the social life of the hall. The hall offers a dedicated team of trained Wardens and Residential Advisors (RAs) that are available to support you with any personal, social, or wellbeing concerns and to help you access additional help as needed.

Applications and fees 2024/25
Tenancy start date 15 September 2024 to 21 June 2025 (40 weeks).
