Professor Duo Qin is emeritus professor at SOAS University of London.
She was educated at Beijing No 2 Foreign Language College (BA) and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (M. Phil) before the D. Phil study at Oxford. Main work experience: Queen Mary, University of London, Asian Development Bank, SOAS.
