y
Professor Peter Leyland specialises in public law and comparative public law.
He is a visiting professor at the University of Bologna, University of Ferrara and Bocconi University in Milan but in addition has lectured at many universities and public institutions abroad including: the University of Victoria, Canada, the University of Melbourne, the Catholic University, Milan, University of Brescia, the University of Siena, the National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, the Office of the Council of State, Bangkok, Thailand’s administrative courts.
He is a regular contributor to international conferences overseas.
