This programme stands out for several compelling reasons, notably its support from the Museums Commission in Saudi Arabia. At SOAS, we are thrilled to train the next generation of museum professionals in Saudi Arabia with the PG Diploma in Museum Studies.
In this programme, we offer a rich combination of theoretical and practical training, equipping students with comprehensive insights into various museum functions, including curatorship, education, collection management, registration, and exhibition design. Next year, we'll also open a new MA in Museum Studies, allowing the Diploma students to continue expanding their knowledge, curatorial expertise, and research skills in Museum Studies.
