SOAS to host alumni receptions in South Africa with the Director, Professor Adam Habib
SOAS Director Professor Adam Habib, accompanied by Khadir Meer, Chief Operating Officer, Shona Aitken, Head of Advancement and Laura Connaway, International Recruitment Manager are looking forward to hosting you at four Alumni Receptions in South Africa from Monday 24 July to Friday 28 July 2023. The SOAS delegation will be visiting Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. More details and links to RSVP can be found below.
The receptions will be an opportunity to meet Director, Professor Habib (former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Witwatersrand), hear first-hand about the SOAS strategic vision to "Reimagine SOAS for the 21st Century" and create equitable partnerships with universities in the Global South. It will also be an opportunity to discover ways in which you can engage with SOAS both locally in your city and in London.
Offer-holders planning to start studying at SOAS in September 2023 are also very welcome to attend the events and learn more about studying at SOAS.
