Aishwarya, MA South Asian Studies 2012

Aishwarya holds an MA in South Asian Area Studies. She has been involved in strengthening SOAS Alumni relations ever since she graduated in 2012.

Currently based in Dubai, she leads the SOAS Alumni Chapter of UAE which grew from 10 members to over 100 members in over a year. She wishes to further strengthen our network in the entire Middle East. She serves as a Director on the board of Aishwarya Education Society, a government approved, and registered body recognized as a pioneer in higher education sector in Rajasthan, India.

As an aspiring polyglot, she is currently learning Arabic and also holds an advanced diploma in French. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Dubai. When not on a plane flying between India, UAE, Kuwait and USA, she enjoys dancing, reading, painting and traveling.
