Biography

Bryony Wolff is a PhD Student at the Department of Development Studies of SOAS University of London.

Bryony’s research investigates the impact of development policies adopted in the neoliberal era, with a focus on Egypt and Turkey in the period between 1980-2010. She seeks to identify how and why similar programmes of development, inspired by World Bank and the IMF policies, resulted in different outcomes.
