Dr Scott Redford
On Tuesday 1st February 2022, SOAS Nasser D Khalili Professor of Islamic Art and Archaeology Scott Redford will deliver the 52nd William Cohn Lecture, with a talk entitled 'Islamic ceramics - archaeology, the art market and the creation of taste'. This lecture explores the roles played the dealers, collectors, and museums in creating a body of material known as "Islamic ceramics."
The event will take place online on Zoom and a link to join the event will be shared in advance by email.
