Debt, development and human rights: addressing converging global crises

In light of converging economic, social and ecological crises, debt and finance are again a focus in both the Global South and North. This talk will examine the human rights implications of the evolving sovereign and private debt burden from the perspective of World Bank and IMF policies and programmes.
