Kehinde Andrews is an academic, activist and author whose books include Back to Black: Retelling Black Radicalism for the 21st Century (2018). His first book was Resisting Racism: Race, Inequality and the Black Supplementary School Movement (2013). His forthcoming book The New Age of Empire: How Racism and Colonialism Still Rule the World(2021) offers a lucid account of the many ways in which the effects and logic of anti-black colonialism continue to inform our modern world.

Maya Goodfellow is a writer, and academic. She is the author of Hostile Environment: How Immigrants Became Scapegoats (new edition 2020) and has written for a range of publications including the New York Times and the Guardian. She holds a PhD at SOAS, University of London and is currently a Leverhulme Early Career Research Fellow at SPERI, University of Sheffield.
