SADRC will welcome Ms. Fatma Ibrahim to discuss the topic of “Judicial Mediation in the Arab World".
The Arab World has seen booming legislation in the last two decades to regulate the use of mediation within the court system in commercial and economic matters. This webinar will provide a comparative lens on the different practices of judicial mediation in the Arab World, and present aspirational recommendations.
About the speaker
Fatma Ibrahim is currently a consulting director with extensive experience in designing and implementing legal and regulatory reform, project management, international development, legal practice, and commercial mediation. She also has several publications on commercial mediation in English and Arabic.
