This SOAS Food Studies Centre Book Launch will celebrate the publication of five books authored by members, research associates, and former students of the centre: Zofia Boni, Katharina Graf, Anne Murcott, Nafsika Papacharalampous, and Francesca Vaghi.
Comments will be provided by Jakob Klein (SOAS), Rebecca O'Connell (University of Hertfordshire) and Harry West (University of Exeter).
