Enjoy a captivating 1-day Kora course with Kadialy Kouyate.
The Mandinka kora is a unique instrument with 21 strings that classy people play. Although it sounds like a mix of lute and harp, its intricate playing style is closer to flamenco guitar.
About Kadialy
Kadialy Kouyate comes from the south of Senegal and belongs to the great line of Kouyate griots. He is a gifted performer but also highly regarded as a teacher, regularly teaching under- and postgraduate courses at SOAS.
