Biography
Farzana Qureshi is an Arts and Humanities Librarian and a PhD researcher.
She has a BA Humanities in English Literature with Modern History and an MSc in Library and Information Studies. She was a co-investigator for the Two Centuries of Indian Print, a digital collaboration with the British Library. She has worked as an International Courier for the Everlasting Flame exhibition held at the National Museum, New Delhi and was also an outreach coordinator with Project Dastaan, a peacebuilding Partition initiative. Farzana has co-written a chapter for an edited volume on liberatory Librarianship and social justice work, published by the American Library Association.
Currently Farzana serves as the co-chair of SOAS Library’s Decolonisation Operational Working Group. Farzana also sits on a Librarians advisory board (LAB) for the digital Publishing platform AM.
