Scholarship appeal 2024

Scholarships help those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to study at university, regardless of their financial situation. 

Receiving a scholarship is transformative, enabling students to focus on their studies by helping them cover their fees, accommodation, pay for childcare while they study, for a laptop, or for basic amenities like food. SOAS has committed to investing half of its annual surplus in a fund dedicated to scholarships, however this is not enough to cover demand. We are asking for the support of our alumni and friends to help offer scholarships to more students.
