Hisae has more than two decades of international development experience, working at the nexus of policy-making, programming, project implementation and research, in active to post conflict contexts of Africa and Middle East. Country/regional focus on Kordofan region of Sudan.
Thematic work experience in labour market and labour relations, DDR (disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration), water and sanitation, violent extremism and migration.
