Jennifer is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Coopers & Lybrand, now PwC.

She is co-founder and Director of a management consultancy and training company, HB Publications and Training International. She is also author of 9 management books for the public sector.  She is currently a mature student at SOAS embarking on a PhD relating to financial management and the public sector.

Both areas which she has a great knowledge of, and wishes to underpin the many years of practical experience with a well researched piece of work which will add value to both areas.
