Biography
Jesse Harber is an urban transport planner and scholar specialising in strategic planning, governance, and institutions.
He has consulted for the Cities Support Programme of the National Treasury of South Africa, other government departments, and various international organisations including the World Bank. He works for the City of Cape Town in transport planning and policy development.
