Professor Nadera Shalhoub-Kevorkian is Chair in Global Law, Queen Mary University of London.

She has authored numerous books, including Militarization and Violence Against Women in Conflict Zones in the Middle East: The Palestinian Case Study (2010), Security Theology, Surveillance and the Politics of Fear (Cambridge University Press, 2015), and Incarcerated Childhood and the Politics of Unchilding (Cambridge University Press, 2019).

Her edited volumes include, Understanding Campus-Community Partnerships in Conflict Zones (Palgrave, 2019), and (with Nadim Rouhana) When Politics are Sacralized: Comparative Perspectives on Religious Claims and Nationalism (Cambridge University Press, 2021).
