Our thoughts with the people of Myanmar and Thailand

We are devastated to hear of the destruction caused by the earthquake affecting so many people in Myanmar and Thailand. Our thoughts are with everyone who has been impacted and with those worried about the safety of family and friends in the region.
We are alarmed by the growing death toll and the large number of people who have been injured. Our deepest sympathies to anyone who has lost loved ones, and we hope that for anyone missing loved ones, they are reunited soon.
If you are a member of the SOAS community and you need to speak to someone as these distressing events unfold, please do get in touch.
