Abdulaziz Alabood’s research focus on Electronic Human Resource management, Organizational Behaviour (Employee engagement, Employee performance, Employee agility) and Organizational success. Abdulaziz Alabood currently a researcher at School of Finance and Management. In addition to that, he works for the department and teach Introduction to Business in MENA module for BSc Students.
Research interests
Organisational behaviour, human resource management, organisational success, workforce agility, employee performance, employee engagement.
