Research interests
My main research interests are the morphosyntax of case and agreement, and their interaction. In my dissertation, I studied differential object agreement in Hungarian and related phenomena in other languages like global splits and inverse agreement.
At SOAS, I am studying possessive constructions with prominent internal possessors, i.e. possessive structures whose properties are not (just) determined by the head, but by the possessor. This research is carried out as part of the AHRC-funded project "Prominent Possessors" (PI Irina Nikolaeva).
