Abstract
In this lecture, Dr de la Peña will discuss the Center's continuing transformation from an academic centered repository of Dr Jose Maceda's invaluable UNESCO inscribed field materials to a more community centered site for engagement and empowerment. Using the ReCollect project based in Bontoc in the Mountain Province and in Kabayan, Benguet, the discussion hopes to highlight the role of source community enagagement in archival decolonial practice.
