The SOAS Centre of Yoga Studies is delighted to host a series of seminars with scholars at the heart of Philosophy and Yoga Studies. This study group brings together leading scholars, researchers and graduates in the scholarly study of yoga as well as students of yoga more broadly.
SOAS is home to world-class research and teaching on Yoga Studies. The Centre of Yoga Studies seeks to promote the academic study of the history, philosophy and practice of yoga. This study group is an opportunity for scholars to share their research and for participants to engage closely with their work. Please join us. Spaces are limited to facilitate exchange of ideas, and participants are asked to register in advance. Readings will be shared prior to the sessions.
Please contact Ruth Westoby, seminar convenor, to register ( ruth_westoby@soas.ac.uk ) noting which sessions you would like to attend and your area of research.
