Join us at SOAS University of London for a night of joy, laughter, and cultural festivities to celebrate Yalda, the Persian celebration of the Winter Solstice.
Experience the ancient Persian tradition of celebrating the longest night of the year with live music by ilmili Band, Jashoo Band, Hossein Hadisi, Solmaz Naraghi, Farzad Aref, Mohamad Reza Kheyrati and introducing Anisa Ford. Including a talk and poetry reading by Dr Kavir and poetry recitation by Ziba Karbasi.
