Biography
Dr Liwei Yang graduated from Sichuan University in 2005 with a Ph.D degree in Buddhist philosophy. Later, she traveled to Myanmar, Thailand, Nepal, Tibet and the mainland of China to do some research on Theravada Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism and Mahayana Buddhism. Her research fields in recent years are Buddhist philosophy and Buddhist meditation. She is currently working as an associate professor in the College of Liberal Arts, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics in China.
