Renata Guimarães Naso

I am currently a PhD candidate in Gender Studies at SOAS, University of London. I studied at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, where I obtained a BA degree in Psychology. I am a licensed psychologist in Brazil. Also, I hold an MA in Gender Studies from Linköping University. Apart from my studies, I worked with development projects and research within the sector in NGOs and international organisations in India, Switzerland and Iceland. I had the opportunity to gather experience in the therapeutic setting, conducting both individual and group therapy for adults and children in public and private psychological clinics in São Paulo (Brazil). I also worked in schools both in Brazil and Norway, assisting children with learning and socio-interactive disabilities.
