It focuses on the example of the life and intellectual works of Ivan Svit, a Ukrainian journalist and historian. After the Russian revolution he was forced to migrate from Ukraine first to the Far East and then to Harbin.

Japan’s current energy self-sufficiency rate is only around 10%, and reducing CO2 emissions is not an easy proposition.
